Plaskett Trophy, Tuesday 22nd October 2024
On Tuesday, 22nd October 2024, 15 club members took part in the Plaskett Trophy competition.
Teams of 3 were decided at random by picking coloured tokens out of a bag. Each of the five teams played games against all the other teams, and teams scored 2 points for a win,1 point each for a draw, and zero for a loss, as usual.
After playing these games, the points were added up to decide who was the winning team overall.
The only team to win all their four games, and therefore win the competition, was the Red team.
Runners Up were the Yellow team who won two of their four games.

Runners Up – Yellow Nigel Clark, Melodie Hill, Pete Stephens

Our location
Saxon Bowlers meet at the Saxon Hall in Raunds. The entrance to the hall is off Thorpe Street just past the council offices and there is plenty of free parking available including disabled spaces.
