Ladies Singles. 2025/ 2026

On Thursday, 12th March 2026, we held our Ladies Singles competition.

The competition for the Ladies’ Singles cup, which had been postponed from it’s originally scheduled date in February, was played on Thursday 12th March

There were only 4 ladies who wanted to take part.

Each person played against every other person in a ‘round robin’ format, with each person playing three games.

The scoring system was the same as for the team competitions. For every game that they won, a player would get 2 points, with 1 point to each player for a draw, and zero for a loss.

After playing all the games, the points were added up to decide which person was the winner overall.

It was a very close result, as three of the four competitors had won two of their three games. The total number of shots scored by each person, therefore, had to be used to decide the final order.
